Mereen-Johnson at IWF: Automation Takes Center Stage

Mereen-Johnson is heading to IWF 2026 in Atlanta with one of our most exciting show lineups yet—and this year, we’re putting the machines to work.

From LIVE rip saw demonstrations and the debut of the new Diehl Machines ESL-35 Straight Line Rip Saw to the latest advancements in optimization, robotics, and automation, there will be plenty to see.

See Our Rip Saws LIVE

There’s no better way to understand the performance of a Mereen-Johnson rip saw than to see one run. Throughout IWF, we’ll be conducting LIVE demonstrations of our industry leading rip saw technology, giving attendees an up-close look at the speed, precision, optimization, and heavy-duty performance that have made Mereen-Johnson a leader in industrial rip sawing. Featured at the show will be our 524 Rip Saw with Scout optimization and 312 Moving Blade Rip Saw with Tracker. We’ll also be showcasing Rip Navigator 5.0, the newest generation of our rip optimization platform. New capabilities include remote cut list management, remote diagnostics, expanded reporting and analytics, and an easier, more intuitive operator experience.

Introducing the NEW Diehl Machines ESL-35

IWF 2026 will also mark the introduction of the new Diehl Machines ESL-35 Straight Line Rip Saw. Designed to deliver the performance, accuracy, and reliability customers expect from Diehl at a highly competitive price point, the ESL-35 gives manufacturers a new option for bringing proven straight line ripping capability to their operation. If you’ve been thinking about adding or replacing a straight line rip saw, you’ll definitely want to take a closer look at the ESL-35 at IWF.

Automation Takes Center Stage

Another major highlight will be our new Robotic Dovetail Cell, selected as an IWF 2026 Challengers Distinguished Achievement Award finalist.

The cell combines Mereen-Johnson’s proven dovetail machining technology with 6-axis robotics and advanced 3D vision to automate material handling and dovetail production with virtually no operator intervention. It’s a great example of where Mereen-Johnson is headed: combining proven machinery with robotics and automation to help manufacturers increase production, improve consistency, and reduce labor requirements.

Explore Our Mass Timber & Prefabricated Construction Capabilities

Mereen-Johnson will also have a presence in the IWF Mass Timber Showcase, highlighting our growing capabilities in Mass Timber, Engineered Wood, and Prefabricated Construction.

From heavy-duty sawing and material processing to material handling, robotics, and fully integrated production systems, Mereen-Johnson has the engineering and manufacturing capabilities to turn unique production challenges into practical solutions. Be sure to stop by the Mereen-Johnson Customer Lounge in Hall A, Booth A9728, to meet with our team and learn more.

There’s More to See at IWF

Throughout the show, we’ll also be highlighting our expanded line of sawing solutions, tenoning and dovetail equipment, automation systems, software, and Diehl Machines products. Whether you’re looking to increase throughput, improve yield, reduce labor, add automation, or simply build a more productive and reliable operation, we’d like to talk. Come see the machines run.
