American Millwork Names Brian Gibson as President: Brett LaMont Returns to Advisory Role

ELKHART, Ind. — August 20, 2026 — American Millwork LLC, a premier manufacturer of high-quality architectural millwork products, today announced a planned transition in its executive leadership. Brian Gibson, who previously served as Vice President of Business and Supply Chain Management, has been named President of American Millwork. Brett Lamont, who has served as President for the past two years, will be returning to his role as strategic corporate consultant for the company.

This leadership transition represents a seamless progression within American Millwork’s long-term succession plan. Brian Gibson joined American Millwork’s sales team in late 2024, bringing extensive experience in the wood industry and creative sales strategy from his previous position as Sales Manager at a large hardwood company. In early 2026, he was promoted to Vice President of Business and Supply Chain Management, where he centralized supply chain operations, strengthened customer partnerships, and optimized product offerings.

Brett Lamont stepped into the role of President in early 2025 after spending five years assisting American Millwork with corporate strategy, capital investments, and succession planning. Over the past two years, Lamont successfully guided the organization through key operational refinements and supply chain enhancements, leaving the business strongly positioned for sustainable, long-term success.
